of Use
Effective September 1, 2026
Use Tilt Happens for videos you are allowed to process and share. The app helps prepare files; it cannot promise that another company’s platform will keep accepting the same format forever.
Agreement and licence
By downloading or using Tilt Happens, you agree to these terms. The app is licensed, not sold. If you obtain it through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. If these terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, that law controls.
Permitted use
You may use Tilt Happens on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable App Store usage rules. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate law or the rights of another person.
Your videos and rights
You keep ownership of your videos. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process, upload, publish, or share them. Tilt Happens does not claim ownership of your source or converted media.
Third-party platforms
Tilt Happens is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, or any other social platform. Third-party apps control their own formats, features, availability, and rules. Compatibility can change without notice.
Purchases
App Store downloads, payments, refunds, and regional availability are handled under Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Tilt Happens currently has no subscription or in-app purchase.
Availability and warranties
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep it useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every input file, or acceptance by every third-party service. Nothing here excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tilt Happens and its developer are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app, loss of compatibility with a third-party platform, or content you choose to publish. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
The app and these terms may change as the product develops. Material updates will be published with a revised effective date. You may stop using the app at any time. Rights under the licence may end if you materially breach these terms.
